Finally a wave review! I looked at a lot of different products from different companies and finally made a choice for my first pair based on my own style of dance and what I wanted to do with the products. I really liked the customer service by Fire By Riz. I've emailed the company and received a fast reply. Than when I finally got tired of putting the purchase off I called Fire By Riz to triple check I REALLY wanted this item and the item was a good start for a beginner. The guy who answered the phone (sorry don't remember his name) was really nice and explained why people who buy the product I was interested in buys it. The website is easy to navigate, the categories are simple, products are easy to find, the pictures are clear and each products has a short and simple explanation. In addition the shipping page is simple as well. You have a 1, 2, 3 choice selection and it lists the appx shipping times. After ordering I immediately received my order confirmation. Than I remembered that I forgot to put in comments regarding a product attribute I wanted that wasn't listed on the website yet. So I emailed the company. I received a reply not too long afterwards -- no problems. The day after I ordered I received my shipping confirmation which was a most humorous confirmation. It's nice to see that the company (or entrepreneur) has a sense of humor. This is part of the shipping confirmation that gave me a smile. It's a funny read so you'll just have to order something to see the entire message. "Your order has been gently taken from our Fire By Riz shelves with sterilized contamination-free gloves and placed onto a satin pillow. XXXX I hope you had a wonderful time shopping at Fire By Riz.
