DJ has at least 3 locations in Austin, but I go to the one right outside the Deep Eddy parking lot. After a vigorous swim their smoothies are the best imaginable way to chill. For a while I was fond of the Berried Alive, but now I'm bankrupting myself on their Cosmic Trigger. A ludicrous list of ingredients makes for an almost orgamsic experience. Unfortunately it's also the most expensive item on their menu. Service is always friendly, the music consistently idiosyncratic, and the reading material, hm, eclectic. - Victor , posted 08/26/09 |

These are really good people who do a lot for Austin. They crank out ORGANIC juices for not much more than the CONVENTIONAL crap that you get at Whole Foods. These are people who care. Dig their informative movie and book collections too. - Ojas , posted 11/12/06 |
