That the quality of the food varies tremendously depending on who's cooking. for people with sensitivity, Thursday nights are GREAT(or any time Aieta cooks(Monday night also), Wed lunch is good(better for people with somewhat less sensitive taste buds). Saturday brunch is good though it costs a little more. Fri and Saturday nights are intended for those who cannot taste the subtleties of mon+Thurs nights(those who are completely clogged). This place is 99% organic. They purify their water twice(including all their cooking water). They do not use refined oils. they soak their beans and grains ahead of time. They do not use ANYTHING with chemical preservatives, and they do not use white sugar. A lot of good things go on there too, socheck it out.
