Simple Low Cost Reusable Grocery Bags
I have been doing research and product evaluations for potential trade show give-away products (the freebies attendees get). The current project was reusable grocery bags. The idea was to give attendees something they can use afterwards.

One of the bags I requested a sample from was BAGGU.

While I haven’t chosen it for recommendation, I do really like the bags themselves. Because they come in a neat little reusable bag the postage is next to nothing. However… much like vinyl banners I can’t seem to get it back into the same neat folded shape they company sent it to me. No matter, the bag is so lightweight that you can just scrunch it up & shove it. It won’t look like the cool little square you see on their web site but it works. The good news is, if you fold your laundry into perfect little bundles you’ll never have a problem folding the BAGGU bags.

The bag I received is inside an avocado green. Not too annoying and not too bright. The handles are thick in width – so when your bag is full of groceries, I don’t think the straps will cut into your shoulder the way plastic bags do. Also, the material is a light and airy vinyl so all of weight will come from the groceries themselves.

Lastly, if you are so inclined, you can paint your BAGGU bag with permanent paint. There are no annoying company promotional logos. But I believe are so nice that people will promote the bags for the companies…as I’m doing. I plan to buy some for my personal grocery shopping.
