I work full time for the City of Austin downtown, and will be going back to college come late August as a full time student. I don't smoke, drink very little, have no pets, no kids, and I'm very clean. I don't have a car so I've been trying to find a place on a bus route or near the Austin Community College.
I currently live in a student dorm a couple blocks from UT but the rent went up and I've decided to move to save money vrs. renewing a lease. My lease ends here second week of Aug. so I'm looking for a place to move into around that time. If you think we might be good roommates contact me.
I don't have any furniture, so a furnished room is ok, and I would like to find a room with all bills included, for about $450 or less - If I can get my own bathroom that would be great as well. I prefer a pet free, child free, drama free living environment and am very quiet and easy to get along with.
