Austin's South by Southwest is March 7-17 this year, and once again we are
renting out our cottage. It's private, quiet and less than a mile from the
convention center, where the actual conference occurs. We are renting it
for $100/night.
What to know about the place? 550 s.f., king-size bed, bathroom, full
kitchen, WiFi, hardwood floors, lots of light. Quiet neighborhood on the
East Side, close to Cesar Chavez and Comal. Less than two miles to 6th
Street (where most of the music will be). Cigarette smokers okay (the
person who normally lives there is a smoker). And while they won't be
there during your stay, we do have cats, so if you're allergic, this
probably won't work....
Anyhow, feel free to forward to anybody who might be interested, and I can
send photos. Last year we had no trouble whatsoever getting it rented out,
but would prefer to keep it in the family.
