I need someone to room with me in my condo in South Austin. It's 2 stories and has 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 bath, a kitchen, dining room, and bar. Also a small patio. Very nice. Anyway, I'd prefer a female around 20 years old, and if a St. Edward's student that'd be perfect since I am transferring to St Edward's in the fall. It will be around $500/month + utilities.
