Artists, Crafters, Musicians, Bands, Teachers, Volunteers, and even those with community service hours to contribute are asked to contact Vince at vince@mysticaloasis.org to discuss involvement in this educational and charitable endeavor. Much work still needs to be done in advance of the Grand Opening October 9-11. On each of the next 2 Sundays volunteers are asked to show up between 11 am and 12 noon to help out in the yard and in the forested space where a music stage is being erected. Volunteers get great benefits! Pot Luck Dinner and Drum Circle around 4 pm each Sunday as well.
Do you have some special knowledge, talent, or healing art that others may be in need of or find interesting? For ongoing activities and especially for the grand Opening October 9-11 workshop presenters and class teachers are now being sought out. Local Wimberley musicians are also asked to stop by. There are still many slots open for Singer Songwriters and Bands to perform at this weekend long Celebration and also for future events.
Arts, crafts, botanical vendors, and others may be interested in booth space (bring your own pop up canopy) available for the weekend of the Grand Opening. 10 X 10 spaces are available for $35.00 total for the entire 3 days for individuals or $50.00 for those wishing to share a space with a friend. All of these proceeds go towards compensating musicians, performers, entertainers, and for the sound equipment for the weekend of FREE live music and entertainment October 9th-11th.
